He knows better than to say that Alucard is right, even if by one interpretation it's objectively true — but for the horns being where they were when they were, he probably wouldn't have kissed him otherwise. Not in the middle of window shopping, not out in the open.
He doesn't know for certain if there's a circumstance where he would've. It's not like he's looked at anybody in that way since he got here, or ever really did back home. He didn't just sit around thinking about kissing people and then...going and doing it.
