Enormous. It had a couple of floors of books.
Knowledge Father acquired throughout the world. Some things he had written. Others he had rescued from destruction. Knowledge ancient and forgotten, preserved in his castle.
There were other books less kind written by him. Inventions he'd thought of, wicked ones.
He was a man capable of wonderful love and terrible deeds. That is the complexity of most beings, I suppose.

It's better for me to suppress those parts of me.
Sanguis is temporary. I will always be what I am.
