I can understand your fear, then.
To be afraid of becoming anything like the man you hate most. Even if he's gone.
For me, I miss my father. I miss the man he was before he went completely mad.
And I worry becoming like him, if something were to happen to people I care for as much as he cared for Mother.

I wish you didn't understand, for your own sake.
You deserve a peace of mind.
