Seeing as how Alucard is part vampire, it's worth going over some permissions shenanigans!

Can Alucard smell whether you have blood or not? Since I realize that not everyone he's going to encounter is even going to be totally organic.
If you aren't human but you have blood, can Alucard determine that you are not human? For example, if you look human but it totally turns out that you're a dragon in disguise, can Alucard figure out that they aren't human? Not necessarily would he be able to figure out what species you are, but he could at least figure out "hey this one ain't human".
If you have blood and assuming Alucard drinks from it, would he sustain the same nutrients from it as he would a human? I'm leaving this one totally up to you as a player.
If Alucard smells or drinks your blood, what can he determine from your character? Basically an idea of your character's health, what their blood might be like based on what they eat, etc.

Can Alucard smell whether you have blood or not? Yes
If you aren't human but you have blood, can Alucard determine that you are not human? That's difficult. I'm going to say Renfield is still alive but he's partially vampirized, there's some "virus" in his blood.
If you have blood and assuming Alucard drinks from it, would he sustain the same nutrients from it as he would a human? Maybe? What happens when a part vampire drinks blood that's partially vampirized? According to Universal, vampire blood has a weird sort of parasite in it.
If Alucard smells or drinks your blood, what can he determine from your character? Somewhat vampirized, recently under extreme stress, has fed on animal blood, and, maybe, he has some memories of Dracula.
