Seeing as how Alucard is part vampire, it's worth going over some permissions shenanigans!

Can Alucard smell whether you have blood or not? Since I realize that not everyone he's going to encounter is even going to be totally organic.
If you aren't human but you have blood, can Alucard determine that you are not human? For example, if you look human but it totally turns out that you're a dragon in disguise, can Alucard figure out that they aren't human? Not necessarily would he be able to figure out what species you are, but he could at least figure out "hey this one ain't human".
If you have blood and assuming Alucard drinks from it, would he sustain the same nutrients from it as he would a human? I'm leaving this one totally up to you as a player.
If Alucard smells or drinks your blood, what can he determine from your character? Basically an idea of your character's health, what their blood might be like based on what they eat, etc.

Can Alucard smell whether you have blood or not? Yes Alucard can, and yes Victor does have blood.

If Alucard smells or drinks your blood, what can he determine from your character? After a near-death experience, Victor is changed and has the ability to control pain and nerves (his warnings and opt-out stuff is here) and in his world considered to be an ExtraOridinary/EO. He's also recently properly died and been brought back, but he's not entirely in one piece. Alucard would be able to tell there are certain "strings" inside Victor that aren't all connected up and he's actually not very well in a steady down-tick kind of way so he might "taste" a low or high level buzzing, depending on when he drinks and some days Victor would taste relatively healthy-ish and well and other times like he was on the very brink of death.
