Ideally, I would be drinking blood comfortably once every week.
However, I can push it to every other week and supplement with animal blood if I need to.
The longest I think I could probably go is maybe a month before it becomes greatly uncomfortable.

However, if I were in a deep sleep the amount of time increases significantly since I am essentially in hibernation. How long in that span of time, I don't really know.

and nobody knows because no one else was there
so there's no way that anyone could remember

it's something i did while i was fighting the vampire
i needed him to get close to me
i couldn't hit him otherwise

but he knew better than to do that so i made him think he killed me
so he'd come over and gloat
but then he listened for my heartbeat

so while he was listening i had to not have one

I'm not the doctor my mother was. I would even say you would be better suited to check in with one of the professionals here, either Moonblessed or Prismal, but if you wish I do have noninvasive ways of checking on your health. At the very least, I too can listen for your heart.
